Connect your Zoom account to Ekosistem App so Lets Meet bookings, mentorship sessions, and online events automatically include a Zoom meeting.
When you create a Lets Meet booking, a mentorship session, or an online event, a Zoom meeting is auto-created on your account. Attendees automatically receive the join URL.
If the booking, session, or event is cancelled, the corresponding Zoom meeting is automatically deleted. No leftover 'ghost' meetings on your Zoom calendar.
We do not record meetings, access participant lists, or download recordings. Only meeting create and delete operations.
Sign in to Ekosistem App and open Lets Meet → Manage in your ecosystem.
Click 'Connect Zoom'. A new tab opens to Zoom's authorization screen.
Sign in to Zoom and click 'Authorize' to grant the requested permissions.
You're redirected back to Ekosistem App; the 'Zoom connected (your-email)' label appears.
When creating a booking, session, or event, choose 'Location type: Zoom' and the meeting is auto-generated.
Open Lets Meet → Manage → click 'Disconnect Zoom'.
Your tokens are deleted from our database immediately and revoked on Zoom's side.
Go to marketplace.zoom.us → 'Manage' → 'Installed Apps'.
Click 'Remove' next to the Ekosistem App integration.
Zoom triggers our deauthorization webhook; your tokens are deleted immediately and we send the data-compliance notification within Zoom's 10-day window.
