By using the Ekosistem App platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
By using this platform you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or deleted.
2. The Service
Ekosistem App is a social network platform designed for invite-based closed communities. Access to the platform is only possible with a valid invite code. Platform features may be changed, updated, or removed without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You must register with real and accurate information, be responsible for the security of your account, not share illegal, harassing, deceptive, or harmful content, and respect others' privacy rights. Violations of community rules are handled by moderators.
4. Content
You are responsible for the content you share. Ekosistem App reserves the right to remove content that is harmful, illegal, or violates community rules. Our AI moderation system automatically reviews content and escalates suspicious content to human moderators.
5. Privacy
Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties. When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Changes
These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Important changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
7. Third-Party Services
Ekosistem App optionally integrates with third-party services to provide certain features: Zoom (for creating Zoom meetings for Lets Meet bookings, mentorship sessions, and online events) and Google Calendar (for reading availability and writing bookings to prevent scheduling conflicts). By enabling these integrations you also accept the respective provider's terms of service and privacy policies (Zoom Video Communications Inc., Google LLC). Ekosistem App only performs actions you explicitly authorize; our data storage and encryption practices for these integrations are detailed in Sections 7 and 8 of our Privacy Policy. You may revoke these integrations at any time from Lets Meet → Manage, or directly from the provider's management surface (Zoom Marketplace App Management, Google Account Permissions).
