Meetings & events
Every way to meet — from one-to-one bookings and community events to mentorship sessions and live audio rooms.
Lets Meet (bookings)
- Define weekly availability and different meeting types (e.g. “30-min Mentoring”) under My Availability.
- Book a member from their profile, if they’ve shared availability, by picking a date and time.
- You can open a meeting type to only specific profile/page categories.
Events
- Create an event with a title, date, capacity and online/offline location. Online events get an automatic Zoom link.
- Hit Attend; if capacity is full you join the waitlist and are auto-confirmed when a spot opens.
- Recurring events (weekly, monthly or a custom rule) are scheduled in one go.
Mentorship sessions
- Mentors and mentees are matched according to the program’s settings; meetings are scheduled after matching.
- Meetings follow availability slots or free scheduling, per the program’s rules.
Audio rooms
- Join Clubhouse-style live audio rooms; raise your hand to speak and the host can unmute you.
- Open your own room and manage the mic as host.
