Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for sign-in, notification, upload and connection issues. If it’s still not resolved, reach us with the steps below.

I can’t sign in

  • The magic link is valid for about 10 minutes; if it expired, request a new one from the sign-in screen.
  • Check your spam/junk folder and make sure you’re using the email address your invite was sent to.
  • The link is single-use — if you already opened it, request a fresh one.

I’m not getting notifications

  • Make sure your browser has granted notification permission for Ekosistem App.
  • Manage which types you’re notified about in your notification settings.

A file / image won’t upload

  • Images have a 5MB size limit; try a smaller file.
  • Use a supported format; uploads are re-processed for safety, which can take a few seconds.

Still stuck

  • Once signed in, open the in-app Support Center for step-by-step guides or to open a support request.
  • You can also write to us directly via the form at the bottom of this page — we usually reply within one business day.
